Children’s and Youth Ministries:
Sunday School Classes for all ages– meets weekly at 9:45am on
SundaysYouth Group (6th-12thgrade)–meets several times during the month usually at 6pm on Sunday evenings. For more details Contact Eva at eva1epa@yahoo.com
Fruit Builders– A Small Group ministry for children 1st-5th grade that meet several times a month for spiritual growth, service projects, and fun! They usually meet on Sunday afternoons.
Children’s Music Ministry– Rainbow Ringers (Handbells) and Children’s choir provide special music for worship throughout the year.
Cub scouts– Meet Tuesday evenings at 6:30pm in the Ministry Center. Email Jeremy or Kristen Brown at CubPack941@gmail.com for more information.
Adult Small Group Ministries:
Sunday School Classes for all ages– meets weekly at 9:45am on Sundays
UMW – United Methodist Women’s Circles–We have two active women’s groups at Pine Grove that meet monthly at various times. These groups are focused on growing spiritually and being actively involved in local and global mission work.
UMM – United Methodist Men’s group – A Mission focused group of men that meet the first Tuesday of every month at 6pm for a meal, devotional, fellowship, and organizing mission projects. All men of the church are welcome.
A.A. – Alcoholics Anonymous is an international fellowship of men and women who have had a drinking had drinking and addiction problems. It is a nonprofessional, self-supporting, multiracial, apolitical, and meets twice a week at Pine Grove UMC-Wednesday and Friday nights at 8pm. There are no age or education requirements. Membership is open to anyone who wants to do something about his or her drinking or other addiction problems.
Community Garden – Each year Pine Grove UMC Plants a large community garden where we give harvest to local food pantries, soup kitchens, local elderly, and others in need. This past year we raised over 5,000 pounds of fresh produce to donate. The garden usually needs volunteers from April through August.
